Description
The turn cross-section is highly oval with evenly curved flanks, the largest turn width is measured near the umbilicus. The umbilical drop is rounded, but a prominent edge is not observed. The external side is evenly rounded.
The case is smooth, faint s-shaped accretion stripes are visible in good condition.
Auf dem Steinkern des Phragmokons ist eine deutliche u-förmige Furche vorhanden, die nach Wähner aber erst ab etwa 10mm Durchmesser auftritt.

Compare
Paradasyceras uermoesense is very similar in the winding conditions. According to Lange, however, this species shows three quite significant differences apart from the lack of an external furrow on the stone core:
- the flanks are more curved with the greatest thickness on the middle of the flank
- the flanks are flat or slightly dented near the navel with a quite distinct navel edge
- the growth stripes are more S-shaped (although this can be a sign of age).
